Where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, 88bon will suspend or close the relevant account and withhold any associated balance pending investigation. Any balance found to belong to an ineligible player — including a minor — will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 88bon platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. 88bon is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate registration details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All transactions and activities conducted under your account will be deemed authorized by you. 88bon will never contact you to request your password — any communication purporting to be from 88bon that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify 88bon promptly upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 88bon will cooperate in good faith to investigate such reports, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access that resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
All financial transactions on the 88bon platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). 88bon does not accept foreign currency transactions directly; any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility and cost of the player.
88bon accepts deposits via the payment methods published in the cashier section of the platform, which include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier and may be updated from time to time. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your verified name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. 88bon will not process withdrawal requests from accounts where identity verification is incomplete. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 88bon reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
88bon does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Processing times vary by payment method and are estimates only — 88bon accepts no liability for delays attributable to payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.
88bon is required to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. We may, at our sole discretion, delay, block, or reverse any transaction that we reasonably suspect may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. 88bon may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
All games available on the 88bon platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures are available within each individual game or on request from 88bon support.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software fault, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, 88bon reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. 88bon accepts no liability beyond the refund of the directly affected wager.
Game results displayed on your device are subject to the server-side records maintained by 88bon's gaming systems. In any dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side records shall prevail over any data displayed on your device.

Bonus funds and real-money funds in your account are typically separated in the cashier. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific requirement applicable to each offer is stated in the individual bonus terms.
Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim a new-player offer more than once, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors to obtain value not intended by 88bon — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, as well as possible account suspension.

All content on the 88bon platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 88bon or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from 88bon is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88bon's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arises. 88bon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
88bon makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party outages, and events beyond 88bon's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
88bon collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88bon complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted first to 88bon's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanisms. Where recourse to the courts is necessary, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
